The Fingarang is a device that causes bleed damage to enemies hit equal to 100% of your dps. Its name being a contraption of boomerang and finger, since it is made of Watfingers and flies like a boomerang. Multiple enemies can be struck in a single throw, and the same enemy can be struck more than once. The Fingarang is equally useful against all creatures, since none are resistant to its bleeding effect; only the Toughness statistic will mitigate its damage.
