During the Demon Feet quest from Brickabrack he will give you a recipe for Demon Boots, which are legendary level 27 Leg Armor.
At some point The Torso Demon will pop out of a Geysir and run away from Flux. Upon killing it, it will drop Torso Demon Skin to craft Demonic Boots.
